General Conditions
• The room rates are in bed and breakfast basis.
• The hotel reservations will be made on first come - first served basis.
• The organizing secretariat “SEMTUR” reserves the right to offer alternatives if the requested hotel is fully booked. This can be declined by the delegate.
• The room payments should be paid to “SEMTUR” by credit card or bank transfer which will be outlined informed in the pre-confirmation e-mail.
• The hotels will not accept payment for the main accommodation charge. You will pay any additional charge (room service etc) to the hotel on departure.

Cancellation Policy
• There will be no accommodation cancellation charges if the hotel is cancelled with the organizing secretariat “SEMTUR” before June 15, 2012.
• Please note however that there will be a 25 Euro administration charge applied.
• Above rates include VAT 18%.
• One night accommodation will be charged for cancellations between June 15 and August 3, 2012.
• Please kindly note that all cancellations will be charged at 100% if received after August 3, 2012. If the room can be resold this charge may be reduced.
• The organizing secretariat “SEMTUR” will make an administration fee of 50 Euro if a refund become possible
• No shows will be charged at 100%
