PRACTICAL NOTES
Abstracts
The abstract should consist of background, aims and objectives, material and methods, results and discussion sections. It must be no more than 200 words long.

Registration
With one registration fee you are allowed to present one accepted presentation.

Lectures
Each lecture will consist of 40 minutes speech duration, followed by 5 minutes of questions and discussion.

Oral and poster presentations
Each oral presentation will be scheduled for 12 minutes with additional 3 minutes for questions and discussions.
Posters will be displayed in the foyer throughout the duration of the conference (Monday-Thursday). The display area for a poster is 90 cm wide and 110 cm high providing sufficient space to present scientific results. The presenting author is required to attend the poster sessions, to discuss the work presented, and to answer questions. Handouts of the poster are often useful and appreciated by persons interested in the poster.

Best Student Poster Presentation
During the Closing Ceremony of the conference, to encourage young scientists, an Award for Best Student Poster will be given. Criteria for the award is based upon content, appearance, informative quality, and presentation.

The final Congress programme will be announced on August 1, 2012.
