Registration Information
* The registration fees include below items.
** EAA Members are those who have been paying their membership fees regularly, and have not been in arrears for two years preceding the conference. *** Students are requested to submit a copy of the student identification, or letter confirming their status, together with a registration form and confirmation of payment. • Participation to all scientific sessions. • Admission to the scientific and commercial exhibition. • All congress documents (congress bag, name badge, certificate of attendance, abstract disc) • Coffee breaks and lunches indicated in the program. • Welcome cocktail, gala dinner and other social activities indicated in the program. • Above rates include VAT 18%. • The reduced fee applies only if both the form and payment have been received by the deadline. • The registrations and hotel bookings will be made on a first come - first served basis. |
